Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, Author.

"Liz Duncanson’s course is a remarkable blend of physiotherapy, athletic training and yoga. I would recommend this to health care professionals/yoga therapists who appreciate a deep dive into core anatomy and physiology with a substantial dose of yoga philosophy. Liz’s evidence-based presentation includes detailed images as well as active practical drills, making it engaging from start to finish. If you are considering an online training module, this is time and money well-spent. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ "
